I agree! You dont just read the lines or, not because you have a nice voice .You have to be the 'character' to give life to it. To make it sound real when you start speaking.
When your character needs to get angry, then you have be angry. If it needs to be happy, then think of the moments or thing that makes you happy... and believe me, even if you can't see the person but you'll know if he is really happy, or mad, or crazy, because it how he projects, or sinasapuso ang isang karakter.
You might ask, "How did you know?"
Well, because I've been talking to clients everyday for a years now. I know if the person on the other side is smiling, or not happy, or mad with the previous representative they've spoke to. They also know if you're really happy or just faking it.
So, be the chatacter.😉
